Appreciated our room that was kept clean and available with a large bathroom, balcony, fridge. The location was favourable, for example, a unique museum was within walking distance of the hotel.
Didn't like the area, it was really noisy.

I had the most amazing stay at a hotel in Reykjavik. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the tourist area. I couldn't have asked for a better place to explore the city. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and clean, with a large and comfortable bed that gave me the best sleep in years. I was even pleasantly surprised to find a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing me with any information I needed about Iceland. The free internet connection was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Reykjavik.
Although the hotel lacked storage space in the bathroom and there was no bar or restaurant on-site, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

They even went above and beyond by talking to the manager and giving me a discount, which was a great surprise. I had an amazing experience at this hotel.
